About Us
Our founder and CEO, S. Maria Thomas spent the majority of her 15 year federal service as a Grants Management Specialist. She is a Certified Federal Grants professional, a member of the National Grants Management Association (NGMA), and a Certified Management Professional (CPM). Ms. Thomas is also a State of New Jersey Notary Public.
Joint-Source Consultants (JSC) was founded with the goal of establishing a consulting firm that will help organizations maximize internal controls, assist them to become strong funding candidates and ensure grants compliance at the most efficient level.
